Return Eligibility

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is unworn (for apparel)
  • The item is in original condition
  • Original packaging is included

Non-Returnable Items

  • E-books
  • Online courses
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Books

Books may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in resalable condition.

Books showing signs of use, damage, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund.

Apparel

Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage.

Items returned in unacceptable condition may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived defective

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
