Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Clearwood & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
